John Rosenthal founded his architectural practice in Melbourne some 55 years ago. The practice philosophy was to provide quality and excellence in traditional residential design. His success in the early years is seen in the measure of the reputation he developed and the community desire for a ‘Rosenthal’ house.

From 1986, Michael Munckton and Doug Shields continued to apply that same philosophy of quality and excellence in providing individual architectural solutions and personal client contact.

Our practice today headed by John Saliba and Silvano Panza as Directors, who with over 30 years with the practice, continue to maintain a personalized and professional approach in achieving finely detailed buildings within inner Melbourne, Coastal, Rural and Alpine Victoria.

Our practice prides itself on providing a superior level of design response, design function and documentation, translating to an efficient, cost-effective building process and product, fulfilling the expectations of our clients.
